I placed an order for an arrangement to be sent through FTD and have not dealt directly with Kremps, but would not recommend them nor FTD. The arrangement I had ordered was intended as a surprise which Kremps ruined. They first delivered someone else's fruit basket instead of the floral arrangement. When my friend called Kremps to let them know that he had received someone else's item, the girl on the phone then proceeded to tell him what was intended to be sent and exactly what was written in the card. By the time the correct item had arrived, the surprise was gone and some of the petals on the gerbera daisies had creases through them as if they had been smashed against something. When I contacted FTD, they suggested I have my friend take a picture of the damaged flowers to email to them. As if I was not embarrassed enough by the flawed gift, I was now expected to further the insult by putting him to work to attain any sort of compensation from either FTD or Kremps. As far as I'm concerned, I've thrown $62 in the garbage for half a dozen damaged daisies. I'd have been better off buying them at the local supermarket and delivering them myself. Never again!

It's so hard to find quality products and great customer service these days. However that's exactly what you get when you use the services of Kremp Florist. I've had the occasion to use both their online and in-person ordering of flowers to send to relatives around the country and I'm always pleased with the service I receive. I've used Kremp Florist for a number of years for anniversaries, birthdays and holidays. Their attention to detail is top-notch. My deliveries are on time, and the quality is always outstanding. They have a wide variety of exotic flowers and hard-to-find stems that sets them apart from other florists. Well done all around.

I've been using Kremp?s for several years now -- first to send flowers to my in-laws in England. It's not easy trying to ensure my family there gets quality flowers when a special occasion arises -- like it did when my husband's aunt turned 70, and then his dad, did. We've also sent his sister in England flowers. Each time, Kremp's partnered with a reliable vendor in the small cities where my husband's families live. And, each time, the end result was phone calls of thanks from our relatives -- all saying how lovely the bouquets were. And, complicated orders are easy for Kremp's too -- I recently coordinated the delivery of 3 bouquets to women in a creative women's group I'm in -- each was having a surgical procedure. Again, Kremps suggested great seasonal flower arrangements in my stated price point (bouquets in hand-carved pumpkins!), and coordinated the delivery to three locations (one remote via a partner). ALL arrived on time, and again were amazing looking. The women all raved about the flowers and pumpkins. The last time I used Kremp's was for a delivery to someone I volunteer for with ALS. This woman was touched by the again lovely seasonal display of fall flowers (the types SPECIFICALLY selected due to her being asthmatic). Kremps rose to the challenge again, and my friend kept e-mailing me updates on how nice the flowers still looked days later -- telling me which buds had blossomed, etc. I'd use/recommend Kremp's again in a heartbeat! I use Kremp Florist for every holiday and have NEVER been disappointed. The friendly and helpful staff make coming into the store a treat! I love coming in and picking up their luscious pointsettias for the holidays. I always make sure to bring home some garland roping for my mom :) From a bargain-hunting enthusiast, this company has fair prices for its great quality.
